Terms & Conditions For Bookings

Bookings and Confirmation

All bookings will be confirmed by Bel Air by email, fax or phone at time of booking. Bookings for weddings, formals etc require 25% of total to be paid at time of booking. Bookings made by non regular customers will need to be guaranteed by credit card at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

The 25% deposit is non refundable. No cancellation fee for regular pick ups will apply to jobs cancelled prior to the vehicle leaving for pick up, if vehicle is there or in transit then full no show fee will be charged.

No-Show Policy

Full amount shall be charged if customer doesn’t show up at the agreed place on agreed time.

Extended Time

Customer should try to keep to the times as per the booking. We shall endeavour to accommodate time extensions, an extra cost will be charged in increments of 1/4 hour as per our standard charges.

Flight Delays & Traffic Jams

Every effort shall be made to dispatch the Vehicles with sufficient time to get you to your destination on time but we accept no responsibility for traffic jams, road works or bad weather conditions.


In the event of a breakdown or accident to the vehicle prior to the date of the journey, every effort shall be made to supply a similar or alternative vehicle/s at the Company's discretion. If this is not acceptable to the Hirer a refund will be made of monies paid. If the vehicle breaks down during the journey or en-route to customer, the chauffeur will try to make alternative arrangements. Refund may be made for the uncompleted portion of the trip only.

Alternative Vehicle Policy

All efforts shall be made by the company to provide the vehicles reserved by the hirer. If not possible, the company shall try to make alternative arrangements or refund the money at their discretion.

Limits of Liabilities

In all cases, the company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the refund of fare paid by the hirer. No claims for Liquidated Damages, Consequential Losses or for any other nature shall be admissible.


In case of any accidents, our liabilities are limited to, what is stated in the vehicle insurance policy. Our insurance policies are available for viewing upon request.

Damage to the Vehicle

Any breakage or damage to the vehicle made by the passengers will be charged to the person who made the booking. If an individual is physically sick in the vehicle, the charge will be the actual cost for valet-service which may also include detailing. A minimum charge of $200 applies. We recommend having fun with decency.


The chauffeur has the right to stop the car and ask any persons to leave if they mistreat the vehicle in any way. No one is allowed to hang or shout abuse out of the vehicle or windows.


Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.

Food & Drink

Food and drink is not to be consumed in the vehicle. (Exception bottled water)

Price Adjustment Policy

Once a booking is made and confirmed, the price quoted to the hirer will not be altered unless there is any changes to the booking or any unforeseen circumstances that warrants price revision. However, the hirer has the right to cancel the reservation & shall be entitled to full refund, if there is a variation from the previously agreed price.

Subcontractor Use Policy

To provide the best Limousine Services to our customers, we also use the services of other reliable Limousine Companies under our quality control & supervision.

Lost & Found

We shall try to deliver any items left in the vehicle back to the hirer at their expense or they may be collected from our office. We cannot be held responsible for any personal items left in the vehicles during or after hire.

Credit Card Surcharges

A surcharge will be automatically added for all credit card payments. For Visa & Mastercard, a surcharge of 1.65% will apply. For American Express, Diners Club & JCB a surcharge of 2.99% will apply.

Terms and Condition Changes

The company reserve the right to change these conditions without notice.
